However, we want to do more than just provide recipes; we want to make it easy to live a heart healthy lifestyle. We’re going to provide great tasting recipes, let our readers’ rate their favorites, provide possible weekly menus and shopping lists as well as publish recipes provided by our readers. In each of our recipes, we will break down the nutritional values by vitamins, fiber, fat and calorie count. When we find heart smart recipes or recipe books, we will review them and post them on our website. We will also do our very best to highlight which recipes fall into the various diets such as the South Beach Diet or Atkins Diet. We will publish the nutritional charts for your fruits, vegetables, meats, carbohydrates and deserts. We will investigate the advantages and disadvantages of: organic foods, cooking methods, using the blender to liquidate foods and the benefits of using vitamins. We plan to consult with doctors, nutritionists and collect information from legitimate sources. We will always post our sources as we are not doctors or nutritionists. Our staff is highly educated and resourceful at collecting and presenting information.
